From a screening of the Curie-CNRS Chemical Library to a drug in clinical phase for ulcerative colitis & From DNA fluorescent probes to fluorescent biosensor for protein-protein interaction

Séminaire du Dr Mahuteau-Betzer (Institut Curie)
Abstract :
. In the first part, a success story of the screening of the Curie-CNRS chemical library will be described. This led to the discovery of alternative splicing inhibitors, one of them is currently in phase 2b for ulcerative colitis. In the second part, we will focus on the development of fluorescent biosensors for the detection of protein-protein interaction. |
